Refund policy

If you'd like to make a return and receive a refund, please send the unused item in its original packaging, along with a copy of your packing slip to:

Refunds will be credited back to your original method of payment within two weeks of its arrival on our doorstep. Sorry, we do not accept exchanges or pay for return shipping.

A return has 30 days from date of delivery to be returned to us or it will not be accepted.

 

Items purchased as part of our “Buy 5, Get the 6th Free” promotion are eligible for returns and refunds in accordance with our standard return policy, subject to the following conditions:

• If any of the qualifying items from the order are returned and the return causes the order to no longer qualify for the promotion (fewer than 5 qualifying purchased items remaining), the value of the free item will be deducted from the refund amount.
• The free promotional item has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or store credit.
